At our professionaly set-up studio, we provide you with all the necessary equipment for a smooth virtual event. We take care of the streaming, filming, audio (headsets/ hand-held microphones, speakers, professional audio system), interactivity, lighting, social media and decoration.

Virtual exhibition
This allows your sponsors to have a customizable area/expo booth, where interested delegates can connect through chat or a video call. Sponsors can have a call to action button, link to their website, contact info, video ad etc.

Set-up your live stream
& live broadcast on social media
We take care of the virtual platform set-up where delegates experience the live stream and have the possibility to see a detailed agenda and a link to bios of speakers. We can display a customised branded frame showing throughout the whole event. We record and hand all sessions to our clients.
We have the possibility to live broadcast your whole event on social media platforms of your choice.

Sound and image quality
With our professional AV equipment and
expertise we provide you with the best quality of sound and image. You don’t need to worry, our team takes care and operates the cameras throughout the event, making sure not to miss an
