For its 70th Anniversary, the Council of European Municipalities and Regions hosted a half day virtual event to celebrate with their members. The entire event was live translated in 4 different languages. The two masters of ceremony joined from QED prfessional studio to be filmed and recorded, while the other very distinguished speakers took part online. The QED team was taking care of all technicalities and operating the live event. An artist live performance was also recorded in the studio and projected during the virtual event.

The event was organised by QED for Swiss Finance Council. The programme was split into 2 days of 2 hour events each day. The conference was operated from our SPA30 studio with the presence of the moderator of the day.

DigiPLACE’s Closing Conference took place virtually on the 27 May 2021 and it consisted of 4 topic blocks throughout the day: A recap of the DigiPLACE project & its main outcome; Putting the power of digital at work for the EU Green Deal; How to fit into the DigiPLACE RAF; After DigiPLACE: the EU support for the digital transition. QED was responsible for running a smooth virtual event at our SPA30 studio, briefing speakers, design all materials needed, event management and coordination, and all type of technical and online assistance.

The 2021 ACCIS Annual Conference was held online, with two 90-minute sessions per day x 2 days. This was the first virtual CEMA Summit 2021 and it was a success. It was a forum to strike a balance, assesss progress and connect technology with the challenges EU agriculture faces today on the aspirations for tomorrow. QED took care of the event management and coordination, setting up the virtual event platform and operating the event on the event day with included technical asisstance throughout. We had the moderator and a number of speakers directly connected from our SPA30 studio, where we had a customised 6,5m x 3m banner to add up to the virtual attendee experience.

Blockchain for Europe 3 days virtual event was a full and varied conference with informative panel discussions from EU decision-makers and expert speakers at the cutting edge of Blockchain technology from all around the world. 40+ Speakers discussed a variety of subjects ranging from Data, AI, history of the crypto currencies etc. in front of more than 800 virtual attendees. 

It was a pleasure to have QED on board! The QED team helped us to recreate our annual Blockchain for Europe Summit experience in the digital space! With QED’s great project planning, good follow-up and attention to detail it was easy for us to structure our work from start to finish. Having previously organised this event in-house we are happy with the decision of letting QED take on-board the event planning and delivery of the 2021 virtual summit. We recommend QED to other associations wanting to offer a professionally produced digital event to members and other stakeholders, especially if they are valuing a great team spirit, flexibility, nice visuals and design work.

Virtual FlavourDay was organised by QED for EFFA.

There were 12 speakers who together with the moderator had a discussion on exploring the role of taste in food. QED designed a graphic profile of the event and relevant information about online event.
